Results of gas chromatography of fatty acid composition of feeds used in Study "GSF1: Salmon feed-switch experiment vegetable and fish oil 2015-2016", https://fairdomhub.org/studies/144.
Feed samples are identified by their EWOS feed number. Fatty acids are identified by ChEBI ID. Numbers in table are mass percentage of lipid fraction.
Details on recipes, pellet size etc for each feed ID are in https://fairdomhub.org/data_files/1308.
(The above clarifications required some detective work, which is stored for posteriority in the Description of Version 1.)

Improved annotation: * "EWOS feed number" for each sample * ChEBI identifiers for each fatty acid * Clarify that the numbers in the body of the table are mass percentages of the lipid fraction Ambiguities/issues: * Should we use the ChEBI identifier for the fatty acid or its anion? * Lipid number C20:2 has both n-6 and n-9 entries in ChEBI * How specific should we be, "saturated fatty acid" or "straight-chain saturated fatty acid", etc etc * Some common names are really hard to look up at ChEBI https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chebi/init.do, for example "palmitic acid" gives more than 14000 hits
