infusion premed administered 30 minutes prior to infusion. , pre-dosing vitals; HR137, RR42, T99.8. Interim vitals; HR189, RR56, T99.8. End of infusion vitals; HR170, RR44, T98.2. NHP had anaphylactic reaction after the first 3milliliters. NHP face started get red and swell. Administered another dose of diphydramine and flushed with Saline for 5 minutes. Until NHP returned to normal. Started infusion again, after a few minutes hives started to develop on legs and arms. stopped infusion and began flushing with saline. Breathing and O2 levels remained normal at 97%. Proceeded with infusion slowly. , Infusion premed administered 30 minutes prior to infusion.
