infusion premed administered 30 minutes prior to infusion., pre-dosing vitals; HR 158, RR60, T100.2. Interim vitals; HR183, RR80, T100.0. End of infusion vitals; HR 170, RR80, T99.4. Vomited immediately after 3cc dose. Flushed with saline. Breath rate increased and face and chest turned red and swollen. administered a dose of dopram and extra dose of diphenhydramine. Waited 20 minutes before restarting infusion. Continued slowly and flushed with saline frequently. TPR stabilized a NHP recovered well. , LN Bx, infusion premed administered 30 minutes prior to infusion.
