UMass Chan BioImage DMS Core_FAIR Metadata Templates
OverviewThis project collects and maintains metadata templates designed and used at the UMass Chan BioImage DMS Core and built in collaboration with the CBI Open Science Project. The templates are based on the REMBI recommendations and on the NBO-Q Microscopy Metadata specifications. These templates contribute to FAIR bioimaging data in North America, and are meant to be utilized to support image data annotation in the OMERO database.
