Literature data from: 'FKF1 conveys timing information for CONSTANS stabilization in photoperiodic flowering' by: Song, Y.H..
CDF1 and FKF1 have previously been shown to regulate CO mRNA. This data highlights that they also play a role with FT mRNA, a direct target of CO, that is crucial in determining the photoperiodic-specific flowering of Arabidopsis.
Purpose
To investigate the roles of CDF1 and FKF1 in the Arabidopsis flowering time system.
