Transversal–Longitudinal Pathogenetic Theory (TLPT)
Version 1

Transversal–Longitudinal Pathogenetic Theory (TLPT) is a network-based systems biology theory describing universal pathogenetic architecture through transversal fluxes, longitudinal axes, causal chains, feedback loops, pathogenic attractors, and the transversal meta-attractor. TLPT defines the complete set of master-switch nodes (Nrf2, NF‑κB/NLRP3, SCFA–GPR, AhR, NO/eNOS, AMPK, GLP‑1, SIRT1, TGF‑β, PPAR, mTOR, HIF‑1α) and formal rules for their activation, coherence, persistence, and dominance. The theory provides criteria for transversal–longitudinal stability, attractor emergence, and intervention module eligibility, offering a structured conceptual framework for modeling multisystemic pathogenetic processes.
