This table shows the results of differential transcript expression analysis. Each row is a gene or transcript. It includes: Expression values: The count_C*_R* columns show expression for each sample. These values are normalized using size factors to correct for differences in sequencing depth. Log2 values: Additional columns (log2_count_C*_R*) show the log2-transformed normalized counts for easier comparison and visualization. Statistical results: The table also includes log2FoldChange, standard error (lfcSE), test statistic (stat), raw p-value (pvalue), and adjusted p-value (padj).
