RNA-Seq raw data + sample description

Aiming a greater lactate production and a subsequent steering towards MCC, this operation was conducted. This reactor configuration was similar to the CelluloseXylan_SBR_2ndStage. The first period comprised a feeding phase (6 min; 67% of total feeding) and a reaction phase (4h), which were designed to produce lactate (high load, short time). Then, in the second period a feeding phase (3 min; 33 % of total feeding) and reaction phase (48h) were designed to target the MCC.

In this operation, an SBR fermenting cellulose and xylan was conducted with the aim of enhancing MCC production in two stages: a first stage (CelluloseXylan_SBR_1stStage) targeting lactate and a 2nd stage (current file) targeting MCC. This reactor was inoculated with biomass from CelluloseXylan_SBR_1
