This project provides datasets supporting the analysis of carbon partitioning and metabolite excretion in different Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 strains. It includes intracellular and extracellular metabolite measurements, glycogen quantification, and sampling metadata, enabling investigation of carbon overflow and glycogen metabolism under different nitrogen conditions.
