Analysis Protocol | From 'Methods' - the extraction of B1 vitamers was performed using 100 mg of plant tissue homogenised in 200 µL of 1% (v/v) trichloroacetic acid. The mixture was centrifuged for 10 min at 10000 g and the supernatant decanted. B1 vitamers were derivatized and quantified by an HPLC method as described (Moulin et al. 2013). The data were normalized to the tissue fresh weight. | ||||||||
