| However when the mean FW of all Col plants was included in the comparison (both for control and GA-treated; 'Full Sets'), not just the 5/4 with DW data, GA stimulated the biomass of Col in line with expectation, and of both Col and prr7prr9 genotypes similarly | |||||||||
| Therefore the mean water content of the 4 Col GA plants with DW data was applied to estimate DW for all the Col GA plants, to allow a less-biased comparison of DW in Col control versus GA | |||||||||
