Purpose

testing different photoperiod effect on entrainment and phase on release to LL

Comments

Plates wrong way round! contamination on cca1 lhy gi CCR2 & cca1lhy gi CCR2 plate

Sample preparation

sprayed upon transfer from entrainment

Luciferase luminescence (HAM 1)

imaging script starts 5 minutes before required ZT, then 55 minutes interval, 5 minutes light off, 30 minutes capture

Experimental conditions

LD3:21 22c

Growth on Agar 1.5% MS 1 3% Sucrose for 6.0 days (LD3:21 22c). entrainment
