Plants entrained in 14L 14D Experimental conditions: 14L14Dx4 LLx3

Purpose

To test whether cca1/lhy double mutant can adjust to change in photoperiod in T-cycle

Comments

Wrong imaging script was used (90mins) for T-28. 5mins, 10mins and 10mins of L was cut out during D1, D2 and D3 of imaging respectively.

Sample preparation

Plants sprayed with luciferin on day 7 of growth conditions and transferred to imaging cabinet under experimental conditions.
