Purpose

To test whether cca1/lhy double mutant can adjust to change in photoperiod in T-cycle

Comments

5mins of light at the end of daytime on imaging day 2 and day 3 appeared to be absent, using the 84mins imaging script. Hence, 6.5L:21.5D for those two days.

Sample preparation

Plants sprayed with luciferin on day 7 of growth conditions and transferred to imaging cabinet under experimental conditions.
