Description

Plants entrained in 5L 15D Experimental conditions: 5L15Dx4 LLx3

Purpose

To test whether cca1/lhy double mutant can adjust to change in photoperiod in T-cycle

Comments

1.) 2H of L were cut short at the end of the first day of experimental condition (3L17D). 2.) Fungal contamination of plate 1 (cca1/lhy TOC1:LUC, cca1/lhy/gi TOC1:LUC, WT TOC1:LUC) and plate 4 (WT CCA1:LUC, WT GI:LUC, WT ELF4:LUC). Seedlings selected for analysis were in fungal-free zone. 3.) Plate 1 (cca1/lhy TOC1:LUC, cca1/lhy/gi TOC1:LUC, WT TOC1:LUC) was in different light intensity (room lightnings) for 30mins prior to experimental condition.

Sample preparation

Plants sprayed with luciferin on day 7 of growth conditions and transferred to imaging cabinet under experimental conditions.
