Plants entrained in 12L 12D white light Experimental conditions: 12L-12Dx4 LLx3 (Blue)

Test how the cryptochromes interact with the circadian clock (WT, lhy/cca1 double mutant and lhy/cca1/gi triple mutant)

Plants sprayed with luciferin on day 7 of growth conditions and transferred to imaging cabinet under experimental conditions

Imaging script started 5 minutes before ZT 55mins wait, 5mins lights off, 30mins capture

Growth on Agar 1.2% MS 0.5 for 6.0 days (12L 12D). Plants transferred to imaging cabinet during 7th day
