Description:	Two Penicillium digitatum transformants were selected that showed integration of the two genes AtrD11 and HarFar (PCR test) but not moth pheromone production (GC-MS, analysed in CEQA facilities). These two transformants were then assayed in their expression of the transgenes by qRT-PCR.
